The Birth Bundle
This bundle is designed for expecting mothers who operate better on a plan and want to take the guesswork out!
The Birth Bundle is a series of 10 sessions: 4 during pregnancy and 6 postpartum (this number can be flexible). Each visit will have a purpose and progression from the last visit with the goal of staying active throughout pregnancy, alleviate any pain or dysfunction, promote a healthy pelvic floor and prepare for labor/birth.
Postpartum sessions will focus on abdominal and pelvic floor rehab while catering to your individual goals returning to life and sport.

Virtual sessions
For those that want physical therapy or personal training from the comfort of their homes. Sessions take place on a HIPAA-compliant and secure virtual platform to perform assessments, provide education and treatment programs based on your injury.
Telehealth is offered for those in the state of North Carolina while virtual wellness consultations are available for out of state clients.
Dry needling
A popular method for addressing muscle tension and pain, active trigger points and muscle re-education. Dry needling is not acupuncture, but uses the same thin, filiform needle to address all kinds of musculoskeletal dysfunction.
Cupping
Also known as myofascial decompression, cupping is a form of soft tissue mobilization. Designed to decrease fascial restrictions by lifting and separating the tissues vs. compression during standard massage techniques.
