GROW PT is located in the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. The clinic is on the left side of the first floor. There is street parking out in front on East Blvd. as well as a private lot behind the building. Please enter through the front doors. If the clinic door is shut (it usually is), please come in and have a seat in the waiting room.
