At GROW PT, you can expect a thorough initial evaluation taking time to learn your story, lifestyle, experiences and goals. We’ll assess strength, mobility, and movement patterns to determine what is contributing to your pain and develop a plan together.

At follow up sessions, you can expect forms of manual therapy (if indicated) including joint and soft tissue mobilization, dry needling, or cupping to enhance healing, decrease pain and restore motion. We’ll go over corrective exercises and provide a customized home exercise program. We continue to assess where you’re at in regards to your goals.
